Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ForestXL website (forestxl.com) or any services provided by ForestXL, operated by Forest Printing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

ForestXL is the large format printing division of Forest Printing. We provide wide-format and large format printing services including but not limited to:

• Banners, signs, and displays
• Vehicle wraps and graphics
• Trade show and exhibition graphics
• Wall murals and environmental graphics
• Window graphics and decals
• Custom large format print projects

Quotes & Pricing

File Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, submitted files should meet the following guidelines:

• High-resolution files (minimum 150 DPI at final print size for most applications)
• Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF
• Convert all fonts to outlines or include font files
• Use CMYK color mode for print-ready files
• Include appropriate bleed (typically 0.25" to 0.5" depending on the product)

We may adjust files for production suitability. We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly prepared files.

Order Acceptance & Production

• All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate content, copyright violations, or technical limitations
• Production begins after payment and proof approval
• Delivery and production times are estimates, not guarantees
• The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of proofs before approval
• Custom printed products are non-returnable unless defective or produced incorrectly due to our error
• Claims for defective products must be made within 5 business days of delivery

Intellectual Property

By submitting content for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use such content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submitted content.

All content on the ForestXL website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Forest Printing or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
